In 2015 John Wells directed Bradley Cooper in the film “Burnt”, known in Italy under the title "Il sapore del successo". This is a dramatic film that tells the life of a chef and his maniacal perseverance to pursue the third Michelin Star. You might think it's a film like any other about cooking but that's not the case! The story embodies different facets of love: yes, the love of cooking, but also failure, love between people and above all the power and value of second chances. I watched this movie 3 times, and each time I found a different flavor. A story that talks about social difficulty, diversity, inclusion and the importance of teamwork; I found there the salt of what we face every day in our daily work. Being part of Human Resources is not just a job of managing resources, we must develop the sensibility to understand the difficulties, the differences, the dreams of people we meet every day to really be able to undertake any path of growth, at work as in life. We went to watch Inside Out 2. Due to our busy schedule, we don't usually have much time to watch movies, so this was a special treat. The movie was a pleasant surprise with an exciting plot, colorful characters, and relatable themes about growing up and dealing with change.
