Domespaces is the leading brand of outdoor life domes in the USA and around the world. Our domes are used by everyday people, large corporations, party planners, government agencies, and celebrities. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Domes are increasingly recognized as a great investment for several reasons. Firstly, their unique architectural design offers numerous practical benefits, such as increased energy efficiency, enhanced durability, and resistance to natural disasters like hurricanes and earthquakes. This makes them attractive options for residential, commercial, and institutional buildings, providing long-term cost savings and peace of mind for investors. Additionally, domes are versatile structures that can be customized to suit a variety of purposes, from residential homes and community centers to sports facilities and educational institutions. Their spacious interior and open floor plan offer endless possibilities for creative use of space, making them appealing to a wide range of tenants and users. Furthermore, domes have a relatively low environmental impact compared to traditional building methods, as they often require fewer materials and resources to construct. This aligns with the growing trend towards sustainable and eco-friendly development, attracting environmentally-conscious investors and tenants. As American architect Buckminster Fuller famously said, “The best way to predict the future is to design it." This quote encapsulates the forward-thinking approach embodied by dome construction, which prioritizes innovation, efficiency, and resilience in building design. By investing in domes, individuals and organizations can contribute to the advancement of sustainable building practices while also reaping the financial rewards of a smart and forward-looking investment. Dome Spaces Barry Sendach Richard DiPilla #DomeInvestments, #InnovativeArchitecture, and #SustainableDevelopment, you can engage with others interested in the potential of dome construction and showcase the benefits of investing in this innovative building technology. Together, let's build a brighter future with domes as the cornerstone of sustainable and resilient communities. Hopefully you enjoy my posts and will follow me on LinkedIn.

A flashback to one of our earliest high density multi-residential design projects, Dine-Amyc in 2019, which definitely informed our latest project ( Pyr-Amyd). This design model was a response to the recent needs in the design of high-rise residential buildings for integration of work, life and wellness, which probes scenarios like: What if we design an integrative high-riser, formed by peoples' movement to encourage physical movement and social interaction? Vertical pathway of circulation designed through long ramps goes around the building and forms the overall geometry of the building. #residentialarchitecture #multiresidentialdesign #architectureandwellbeing
