On June 19, 1865, Union troops announced the end of slavery in Texas, marking the final liberation of enslaved African Americans in the USA. Today, we commemorate the end of slavery and celebrate the resilience of Black communities, reflecting on their enduring spirit in the face of oppression and their invaluable contributions to shaping our nation's history. Young American actress and activist Yara Shahidi reminds us, "Instead of inheriting a broken system, we have the power to change it.” As we honor this struggle for liberation and continue the fight against injustice, Shahidi's words resonate deeply, urging us to recognize our responsibility in reshaping the structures perpetuating inequality. At EPI, we believe in universal respect for mankind, and on Juneteenth we recommit ourselves to the ongoing pursuit of equality and justice for all, amplifying marginalized voices and fostering inclusive communities where everyone can thrive regardless of race, gender, or background. Let's honor this day in celebration and action, ensuring that the promise of freedom and equality extends to all. On this Juneteenth, Pivotal Solutions Managements (PSM) remembers and honors the journey toward freedom and equality. It has been 159 years since the last enslaved Black people in America learned they were free, despite the Emancipation Proclamation taking effect in 1863. Though 159 years may seem like a long time, it’s only about 4-6 generations. For many of us, this means our 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x, and/or even 6x great-grandparents lived through the unimaginable hardships of slavery and then celebrated the incredible joy of freedom. At Pivotal Solutions Management, we reflect on the sacrifices and progress made by our ancestors. Their resilience, strength, and courage paved the way for the freedoms we enjoy today. As we remember their struggles and triumphs, let’s continue striving for progress and freedom. Never forget where you come from and always aim higher! Happy Juneteenth! 🌟❤️🖤💚 #juneteenth #blackhistory #juneteenthcelebration #celebratefreedom #blackownedbusiness #freedom #freedomday #blackexcellence #blackowned #happyjuneteenth #supportblackbusiness #blackbusiness #psmllc #thepivotalsolutions #pivotalsolutionsmgmtllc

Juneteenth commemorates a pivotal moment in American history, the day where the long-awaited promise of freedom finally reached enslaved African Americans across the United States. While Juneteenth is a key celebration of liberation, it also serves as a powerful reminder and symbol of the ongoing struggle for racial equality and justice. This day invites us to engage in continuous learning to explore the rich history and culture of African Americans. It is an opportunity to celebrate and recognize the countless contributions that African Americans have made across all areas of society. We can amplify their voices by supporting African American-owned businesses, actively listening to their perspectives, and advocating for policies that promote racial justice. In the important words of Martin Luther King Jr, “Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.” Juneteenth calls upon us all to challenge the status quo in our role for dismantling racial bias and discrimination, along with fostering a more diverse and inclusive environment in our workplaces and communities. By committing to ongoing education, amplifying African American voices, and actively working towards racial justice, we can collectively build a more equitable workplace, community, and future together. #juneteenth #juneteenthcelebration

Embracing freedom, unity, and the enduring spirit of resilience, we celebrate Juneteenth with gratitude and reverence. At Accede Solutions Inc (accedesol.com), we honor this pivotal day, marking the end of slavery in America and recognizing the journey towards true liberty and justice for all. On June 19, 1865, nearly two years after President Lincoln's Emancipation Proclamation, Union troops arrived in Galveston Bay, Texas with news of freedom, liberating over 250,000 African Americans in what became known as Juneteenth or Freedom Day. This day symbolizes the principles of self-determination, citizenship, and democracy. On June 17, 2021, President Joe Biden signed a bill making Juneteenth the eleventh American federal holiday, the first new federal holiday since Martin Luther King Jr. Day in 1983. Join us in commemorating this significant milestone in American history and let's continue to build a future rooted in equality, understanding, and hope. #Juneteenth #FreedomDay #Juneteenth2024 #liberationday #AccedeSolutions #UnityInDiversity #equality #staffinagency #MinorityOwned #staffing #blackculture #WomenOwnedBusiness #DEI #DiversityandInclusion #SmallBusiness #jobs #recruitment #socialequality #ClientServices #Jobsearch #extendedworkforce #contingentlabor #talentacquisition
