Thoughts on the new FLSA overtime law? MANY of my peeps are p!ssed at having to go back to hourly due to the complications of this law for lower income salaried individuals. If your company is dealing with this, how are you handling it? Are you transitioning salaried individuals making less than $60k back to hourly? If so, how are they reacting?
