Resilience and Adaptability | Speaker | Coach | People Practitioner

2 years passed so quickly. Some things I learnt during this 2 years 1. Less is more To have greater impact sometimes it means not doing many things but focus on 1 task. 2. Slow is smooth Not trying to rush through things allow others to match the pace. It allows us to move as a tean. Rushing tends to lead to more problems. 3. Don’t give up on people When we decided to employ someone, we don’t give up on them when things don’t go well. We continue to motivate, challenge and inspire them to do their best. It’s our responsibility to follow through. 4. Work is fun and fun is work Work should be fun and something we enjoy. But our personal lives the fun stuff we do it also part of work for us to relax and enjoy. It allows us to think creatively when we’re stuck with a challenging situation at work. 5. Be kind to yourself That’s one the hardest feedback I received, which is equally helpful. Being kind to myself allows me to embrace and love others too. #17LIVE #people #anniversary #growth Special thanks to Anmol Mohan for reaching out and making me a part of the team again. Neha Singh, Nikita Sharma for the work and many crucial conversations we had. Manasvi Ghelani, jasleen kaur kalra for being such amazing buddies.
