I'm gonna let you in on a (HUGE) little secret: Most job descriptions are boring. That's not the secret though. What good is a list of tasks? A person who is qualified for a job already knows what tasks they perform. What is interesting about performing tasks? Creating outcomes! Don't write tasks, write outcomes. Or, ask AI to help you.
