I realize only now what I have missed for most of my career‼️ I have never had a coach. I used to think that coaching is for people who want to fix specific issues, behaviors or barriers. And while coaching is a great solution and support for the same, that’s only half the story. My last boss in the corporate world told me my skillset was getting shit done. 😎 In my coaching, my clients tell me what they love about how I coach is that I enable them to prioritise deep focus on impactful action over multitasking which delivers clarity instead of chaos. 🥰 I love process and structure and yet I don’t believe in cookie-cutter approaches. 😌 Every client is unique in their needs, the impact they seek to have through their work and the life they want to live. 💯 My goal is to honour that uniqueness in how I work whilst providing the guard rails for progress that is intentional and impactful. 🙌 Those guardrails come through a structured approach to understanding my client's dreams and what holds them back from realising them. 😊 Once we have that clarity together we map out a step-by-step process that helps them see the path forward whilst creating a safe space to experiment…because if there is one thing I’ve learnt it’s that our actions breed the clarity we seek. 🤩 Permission to take imperfect action is the only way to find those answers. 25 years ago, I was a woman of colour navigating a corporate world as a consultant. I was intelligent, capable, yet plagued by imposter syndrome and a deep-seated fear of not being enough. A defining moment came when a client questioned my suitability based on the colour of my skin, and I retreated into a shell.
