Spring Auction Frenzy!🏡🌸 Spring is in full bloom, and so is Sydney’s auction fever 🌼 From chic inner-city pads to family havens in the suburbs, the market is buzzing with properties up for grabs 🤝 But here’s the real story from our experience: 🏘️ Stanmore / Petersham is a hot first home buyer location, superseding Newtown / Enmore! (By way of first home buyer competition in units and houses). 🏘️ 3 bedroom units are running hot due to low supply and increasing housing costs. They are of renewed interest to families previously in the market for a small 3 bedroom house or townhouse. 🏘️ Properties with off street parking, especially houses, in the Inner West are capturing buyer attention (and higher sales prices). Don’t let the market heat scare you off your dream home! At Kitty & Miles, we arm you with insider strategies to level the playing field, ensuring you don’t just participate - you win 💪 Dreaming of locking in your slice of Sydney’s Spring magic? Let’s make it happen! 📞✨ #SydneyAuctions #SpringPropertyMarket #FirstHomeBuyerTips #KittyAndMiles #PropertyWins #AuctionStrategy

🤯 Huge Auction Weekend Shakes Up Property Market! This past summer, there were a lot of auctions in Australia, but the housing market is staying strong 💪 Adelaide did really well with lots of homes sold, showing that sellers are feeling positive. Melbourne and Sydney also did great, with many buyers interested in buying homes. Overall, the number of homes sold nationally went up to 69.1%, and there were over 2556 properties up for auction! Now, people are looking forward to Melbourne's big auction day in the fall. Some highlights from the weekend: A house in Melbourne sold for $6,750,000, and in Sydney, another house sold for $9,250,000❗ These big sales show how lively and competitive the housing market is right now. For homeowners and investors, these numbers mean there are lots of chances to buy and sell in an active market. #auctionsale #propertymarket #investmentproperties
