Pump Day! I know most people refer to Wednesday as “Hump day”, but at Cardio Partners, heart health is wealth, and that’s why I’m starting “PUMP day”-a little double entendre. A day dedicated to Pumping up a person I work with. This week's Pump up is none other than Michael Bergs - The man on the left, A Cardio Partners National Accounts Manager (NV, AZ, SoCal, UT, and HI). Why did I choose Michael Bergs? 1) First and Foremost–He’s got Heart 2) This man cares–He always has the client-first approach. He writes handwritten letters to clients, colleagues, and mothers galore. 3) He shows up–Michael is never shy to get in front of a client and it makes sense– his client’s love him. 4) He is a damn good seller–He is an active listener, he takes his time, speaks eloquently, reads the room, and understands his client’s bottom line. 5) He is solutions centric–No problem is unsolvable, he simplifies complex systems, and he makes his client’s jobs easier. This list goes on. Bergsy is a world-class seller. In my two years at Cardio Partners I have learned so much from this man. I love bouncing ideas off him, he is always open to trying something new, and he is so charismatic. If you know Michael Bergs and have a good anecdote or comment to add, don’t be shy. **Honorable mention to the man in the middle–Roger Garcia, our Zoll Vendor partner. You’ll probably see him with a full feature on Pump day some day very soon. #CPRtraining #CardioPartners #SCA #heartawareness #sales #AEDawareness #Emergencyactionplans #emergencypreparedness #riskmanagement

🚀 The Domino Effect in Sales: Small Wins Lead to Big Results! 🚀 In sales, every small action can trigger a series of impactful results. Just like a single domino falling can set off a chain reaction, a minor win or strategic decision can lead to significant achievements. ✨🚀 Here’s how you can leverage this principle: 🌟Start Small: Focus on achievable goals and incremental improvements. A small win today can build momentum for tomorrow. 🌟Stay Consistent: Regular, positive actions compound over time, creating a powerful force of progress. 🌟Celebrate Milestones: Acknowledge each small success. It boosts morale and reinforces the value of consistent effort. 🌟Learn and Adapt: Use every experience as a learning opportunity to refine your approach and strategy. Remember, greatness is often a series of small, well-executed steps. By embracing the domino effect, you set the stage for a cascade of success in your sales journey. Keep pushing, stay motivated, and watch your efforts create a powerful ripple effect! #SalesSuccess #DominoEffect #SmallWins #SalesStrategy #Motivation https://lnkd.in/gGc8zYtB

Founder, School of Outbound Sales • I teach you how to Outbound better • Passion for Outbound • Version One > Version None
Just finished a great event with Deepta Manohar, my Guru, Doctor, reverse aging specialist, and traditional acupuncturist The best part was, teaching and learning from her on Guru Purnima. 3 things I learnt about sales from Deepta: 1. Service: She serves her patients so much, closure happens on its own. Yesterday, we closed >40% of the room and she did that with her calm, soothing, gentle voice with no strategies except service Sales is a function of service. Higher and better quality of product or service you have, higher or better the quality of sales you close Oftentimes, sales is self service if done this way (including massive ones) 2. Kindness: One of the participants started behaving in a manner where it might have thrown off other speakers. Deepta didn’t just hold the ground, but her kindness made him change through the event. When raging bulls come at you in a sales context, be kind to them. They can be your biggest advocate 3. Calm: I keep telling her this. Whenever there’s chaos in my life, I go to her for a quick conversation and everything suddenly makes sense. She’s a smiling embodiment of gratitude. My calm, focused demeaner is because of Deepta today She was once smiling and chilling with <1 hr to takeoff 8 kms away from airport. My head was exploding 🫣 When things don’t go your way in sales, knowing your controllable is important. Otherwise, your mind is not going to be under your control

Cardoza Waste Parts Nation - RecovR No Subscription Asset Tracker, Dumpster & Roll Off Lid Systems & Liners, Gorilla Diaper, C-Bass Quick Disconnect, Trash Hammock, Event Boxes y Mas
Sunday Sales Nation - I have been traveling non-stop for the last four weeks, attending four trade shows, appointments and accumulating a massive to-do list. Unfortunately, I got hit with a three day vertigo party, which made me realize I needed to hit the balance button. A valuable lesson learned: it's important to pace oneself, especially in sales. It's great to talk about balance, but it's even better to put it into practice. Now, it's time to take a few weeks to catch up on that to do list! Product mailers, Zoom calls, billing, quotes and updates. Then, I can get back to a more even keel travel schedule. Remember to take care of yourself, so you can take care of business. #balanceforbetter

What lies are you telling yourself about sales? 1. Mondays are terrible for cold calling 2. The leads from marketing are awful. Etc. etc. Killer Queen's epic performance at the House of Blues in Boston holds some crucial sales lessons. Despite it being a Monday night (my birthday) with a sparse crowd, they delivered an electrifying show, focusing on what they could control - their performance, attitude, and energy. They ignored external factors (day of week / sparse crowd), turning a low-energy night into a high-octane rock experience. Donna and I were so very glad they did. This is a powerful reminder for us in professional sales to stay focused on the things we can control, such as attitude, effort and professionalism. Ignore those things outside your control. #salestraining #salestips #professionalsales #salesenablement
