Two different Spartan Races, almost 11 years apart, to the day…me at 43, and now at 54. At SDIA we preach the importance of #GetOffTheCouch. We’ve run with amputees, 70+ year olds, every gender, and many people with “great excuses” for staying on the couch, and yet they chose not to. What’s your excuse?
