2wTo whom this may concern, I have been trying to speak to somebody regarding a package that has not been delivered. I have spoken to the head office at Royal Mail, and they have confirmed that an enquiry needs to be made by SHEIN as they are the sender. However, SHEIN keeps telling me that I need to make the claim. I have been advised by Royal Mail and the Citizen Advice Bureau that if a parcel has not been delivered to me, it is up to the sending company to make the claim. In this instance, it is SHEIN. Please assist with this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.
