SHEIN celebrated Global Wellness Day in June with a month-long series of engaging activities here in Singapore, our global headquarters. At SHEIN, we believe that fostering physical and emotional well-being is essential for enhancing workplace satisfaction and productivity. SHEINers were treated to a variety of health and wellness programmes to rejuvenate and recharge, such as sound bath therapy, daily wellness breakfasts, health screening and massage sessions. Following SHEIN's return as the 2024 Women's Football Awards headline partner, the awards event was recently held in London last month. Hosted by former Lioness Eniola Aluko MBE and football legend and Sky Sports presenter Jamie Carragher, the WFA celebrated the players, people, brands and organisations who have contributed to the phenomenal growth of women's football. SHEIN was honoured to dress some of the women at the event. This includes Women In Football Chief Executive and Women's Football Champion of the Year winner, Yvonne Harrison, Heart radio presenter Pandora Christie, Footballer Tara Kirk and Love Island stars Kady McDermott and Georgia Harrison. SHEIN also presented the Lifetime Achievement Award to international football star Kerry Davis, in recognition of her contribution to women's football. We're thrilled to be able to celebrate the incredible achievements of these women. We hope that through our partnership with the Women's Football Awards, we will be able to empower and uplift more female athletes and make a real difference in women's football. #SHEIN

Over the last three months, SHEIN has embarked on a groundbreaking collaboration with Universidad Anáhuac Norte through the "SHEIN x UniDesign" project. This initiative aimed to empower future designers and delve into sustainable fashion, a testament to our commitment towards fostering the next generation of talent and innovation. Fifteen talented campus designers faced the challenge head-on, harnessing eco-friendly materials from our evoluSHEIN by design collection and recycled clothing from Pop-up events. Inspired by the rich heritage of Mexican culture, they each submitted two unique design entries to the competition. On May 16th, our campus was the backdrop for an awe-inspiring fashion show that displayed these innovative designs. An esteemed panel of judges, including fashion content creators, prominent designers, and top fashion magazine editors, meticulously evaluated the showcased work. Coupled with a week of public online voting, this rigorous process identified three standout students. These winners were rewarded with scholarships from SHEIN, exclusive interviews with leading fashion media, and a golden opportunity to be part of the SHEIN X Designer Incubator. The "SHEIN x UniDesign" project not only offers students in Mexico's fashion design sphere professional growth opportunities but also broadens their career horizons, cementing SHEIN's strong commitment to empowering the future path of fashion. #SHEIN #SHEINxUniDesign  

SHEIN is pleased to share that following the announcement of our collaboration with Access Singapore last year, the Access Fellowship Programme (AFP) has been officially launched!   Mentors from SHEIN spoke at the launch event last month and got to know the student participants through a networking and sharing session.   Alongside the launch, SHEIN also hosted the Fellows at our Singapore office last week. Students had the opportunity to tour our global headquarters and learn more from our team about their roles within SHEIN, as well as their advice for youths seeking to enter the fashion and e-commerce industry.   Organised by Access and sponsored by SHEIN, the AFP is a comprehensive six-month programme that provides bursary beneficiaries from Institutes of Higher Learning with mentorship and developmental opportunities to build career readiness.   SHEIN believes in an inclusive future where everyone is empowered to realise their potential. Through the AFP, SHEIN is helping to shape a more equitable workforce of tomorrow by empowering aspiring professionals and equipping them with the knowledge and resources to develop their careers.   We're looking forward to the next phase of the AFP, which will see these Fellows working closely with mentors from SHEIN, Schneider Electric, Deliveroo, Constellar, Solve n+1, and HEPMIL Media Group to further develop their skillsets in line with their career goals.   #SHEIN #SHEINCares

SHEIN is bringing our SHEIN Exchange resale platform to Europe and the UK!   Users in France will be able to access the SHEIN Exchange platform during the first phase of the launch, followed by the UK, and Germany in subsequent phases.   SHEIN Exchange is an integrated online peer-to-peer resale platform that allows shoppers to buy and sell pre-owned SHEIN products through the SHEIN app.   The extension of SHEIN Exchange comes off the back of a successful launch in the US in 2022. SHEIN is pleased to share that we have donated US$250,000 to UnTours Foundation as part of our Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) Fund.   SHEIN's grant to The UnTours Foundation, a non-profit organisation that provides low-interest loans or equity to world enhancing businesses that address social, economic and environmental issues, aims to tackle the global issue of textile waste. The grant will be allocated to an initiative in Cambodia to drive textile waste circularity by supporting local artisans in the rescuing and upcycling of textile waste.   The UnTours Foundation is the second grant recipient of the EPR Fund, following The Or Foundation in 2022. The EPR Fund was launched by SHEIN to advance the design and implementation of ecological and social sustainability strategies, with a focus on clothing that has entered the global secondhand clothing trade.   In addition to our ongoing work with The Or Foundation, this new collaboration with The UnTours Foundation will expand our outreach efforts in the Global South, in our journey towards building a more sustainable future across the globe.   Read more here: https://lnkd.in/gdzsEEvS

SHEIN is honoured to receive the Platinum Award at the Successful Exporters Award Ceremony earlier this month.   Hosted by the İHKİB, a division of the Türkiye Exporters Assembly - Türkiye İhracatçılar Meclisi, the Platinum Award is given to top exporters of apparel products from Türkiye.   The award was presented by Türkiye’s Deputy Minister of Trade, Mr. Volkan Ağar, and Chairman of the Turkish Exporters’ Assembly, Mr. Mustafa Gültepe.   Thank you to #teamSHEIN and our valued suppliers in Türkiye who made this win possible. SHEIN will continue to work closely with our partners in Türkiye and we look forward to continued growth together.

SHEIN is proud to return as the headline partner for the 2024 Women's Football Awards in London.   SHEIN will be dressing football stars and grassroots female footballers for the event, including host and former Lioness Eni Aluko. SHEIN will also be providing support to grassroots women's football teams in the UK as part of this collaboration.   This builds on a previous partnership, where SHEIN supported the inaugural ceremony in 2023, and underscores our continued commitment to empowering women and girls in the UK and beyond.   We can't wait to celebrate the achievements of these ladies at the SHEIN Women's Football Awards later this month - stay tuned!
