#CrackYourPlacement #CrackYourInternship 45 days challenge by Arsh Goyal 🛫 Day 29 1. Preorder to BST: We are given an array of nodes which represents the preorder traversal. Build the BST and return the root. Approach: We know that first element of the array will be the root. So through the recursive call we will start from the index 0 and take the range starting from [INT_MIN, INT_MAX]. Note: pass the index as a reference. Make a new node in each recursive call and connect its left and right with next node with updated range of left and right. Base case is that if ind become the size or if the node value go out of the range then return NULL. 2. Trapping Rain Water: Given an array with the non negative intezers which represents the elevation map with width of the bar is 1. We have to return how much rain it can trap. Approach: for each value in the array find its left max and right max and subtract it from the current val and it add it in your answer. Time complexity will be O(n^2). Approach2: So in place of finding left and right max for each value. Store the left max of each array element into a vector name prefixMax and similarly store the right max in suffixMax vector. Now for each value in the array find its left max and right max using the two newly made array and subtract it from the current value and add it in your answer.

I had a great conversation last week with an AM industry thought leader at #PowderMet2024. She encouraged us to continue telling the story of our journey as an AM contract manufacturer, and to refine our value proposition in the industry. Thank you Cynthia Rogers As an organization of 700 employee-owners focused on precision manufacturing, we’ve always had a high level of vertical integration to offer our customers. The reality is very rarely do customers use the full variety of our overall capabilities (Tool & Die, Precision Grinding, Precision Machining, Carbide Manufactuing, Stamping, Laser Cutting, Reel-to-Reel Plating, Plastic Injection Molding, Mold Design & Build, and Parker Majestic). Our true value-add for our customers is #VerticalKnowlege across our diverse set of capabilities. Our goal is the use this #VerticalKnowlege to refine the best manufacturing process to make products for our customers. We have been applying this value proposition to AM for the past 6 years. We are very proud of the unique, complex parts we have produced, and moved into serial production on first-in-the-world components that are solving highly complicated problems. With a large set of machining and post process capabilities, we are ideally positioned to support the growing demands of AM part production. We’re excited to be at RAPID + TCT 2024, and thrilled to be part of “Yinzer Corner” with the teams at #Neighborhood91. #Rapidevent #yinzercorner #precisionmanufacturing #employeeownership #metaladditivemanufacturing
One more stop to complete our June conference adventure. This time we will join our neighbors from Neighborhood 91 at RAPID + TCT. This shared space will also feature Cumberland Additive, Inc. , HAMR Industries LLC and RJ Lee Group, and our close friends from Penn United Technologies, Inc. will be right next door. We have affectionately started calling this space "Yinzer Corner". You might catch CEO John Barnes between his many meetings, but most certainly Cynthia Rogers and summer intern Loren Barnes will be around to answer all your powder questions. Anyone interested in CuNi? #metalpowder #additivemanufacturing #Pittsburgh

Can you remember your work experience?? We have a work experience student in the office this week learning more about what we do. I can remember finding mine....erm...thrilling....when I was doing my GCSEs so I'm hoping I can provide a slightly more interesting experience for my placement student! If you follow Think Jarvis we'll be sharing some of Autumn's work over the course of the week. #workexperience #pinlgeschool #pingle #swadlincote #3ddesign #webdesign #apprentice
Autumn is a student from Pingle School interested in engineering, design and marketing. This week we’ll share some of her work so you can see the sorts of things we get up to.

Building on the research I conducted during my summer placement at the University of Lincoln, I will be starting my final year project, which focuses on designing a morphing aerofoil to compare with conventional aerofoils, which currently have extensions like flaps or change their angle of attack to generate more lift or drag. The goal of my project is to evaluate whether the benefits of a morphing wing design can enhance lift/drag or other performance factors by outweighing the potential drawbacks.

Engineers, do you have a cute pet? 🐶 🐈 🦎 🐦 💌 STEMpals is not just about sharing your love of Engineering. Our STEMpals are paired with a primary school student based on shared hobbies and interests to exchange 3 letters across the year. Though your paired student is curious about what you do, they also want to know about you! 📷 One of the most common photos and stories shared between STEMpals = pets. Just like this one of Julia Baumann a civil engineer and STEMpal. 🚀 These photos help to create a humanising connection, coupled with your career stories help the student to see STEM in a real-world application, and imagine themselves being a part of it. Have a life-changing impact this year by being a STEMpal.
