And yet Shell and Wael Sawan remain unwilling to strengthen the leadership in terms of moral issues - instead leaving Shell pensioners worse off by refusing to allow our pension fund to provide full increases to match inflation from a fund with a very healthy surplus. Instead Shell chooses to bluster and obfuscate while its own pensioners are left worse off. How is that leadership?

Wael Sawan I bet that cost a fair packet of $. I hope the integration goes well for all concerned. Will the newly integrated staff be offered a pension? If so I suggest they take the advice of Shell itself to not rely on the pension to provide for their every reasonable need during retirement
