Neste mês de março, queríamos ser os primeiros a celebrar algumas das muitas #NotableWomenInCX / #OutstandingWomenInCX no Brasil por desafiarem o status quo e liderarem a transformação em CX. Isso significa que ainda temos muito a fazer. Esse número pode parecer insuperável, e o desafio parecer grande - mas não é. Como uma empresa fundada e liderada por mulheres, onde 50% de nossos cargos de liderança são ocupados por mulheres, vemos em primeira mão a importância de aumentar a representatividade e proporcionalidade das mulheres em #marketing e #CX. Dù con số này có thể trông không lớn, và thách thức vượt qua nó dường như khá đáng kể, thực tế lại không hề như vậy. Với tư cách là một công ty do phụ nữ sáng lập và lãnh đạo, nơi mà phụ nữ chiếm 50% các vị trí lãnh đạo cao cấp, chúng tôi càng thấu hiểu sâu sắc tầm quan trọng của việc nâng cao tỷ lệ phụ nữ trong lĩnh vực #marketing và CX. So, we still have work to do. This number may seem unsurpassable, and the challenge seems big - but it’s not. As a woman-founded, 70% woman-led, and predominantly women-owned company, we see firsthand the importance of increasing the proportional representation of women in #marketing and CX. When diverse perspectives and voices are brought to the table, it leads to more innovation, more inclusivity, more equity, and better outcomes for organizations - and, crucially - customers. We take pride in having bold, creative, and inspiring women as part of our Growth Makers Club community.
