When Was the Last Time You Truly Rejoiced? Bless the Lord, Oh my soul! Today is Gaudete Sunday - a reminder to pause and choose joy. When life throws its curveballs, rejoicing feels like a luxury, doesn’t it? Yet, joy doesn’t wait for perfect days. It sneaks into: ◾ A shared laugh over a silly mistake. ◾ A sunrise you didn’t expect to catch. ◾ A random act of kindness from a stranger. ◾ A deep breath in the chaos. Joy lives in the little things. The things we often miss because we’re too busy. For me, rejoicing is a balance of gratitude and faith: ◾ Gratitude for how far I’ve come. ◾ Faith in where I’m headed. And yes, a little humor to survive the in-betweens. Today, let’s pause and rejoice. Not because life is perfect but because we deserve joy.
