The more we understand about protective ecological factors, the more we can mitigate the development of PTSD following a potentially traumatic event.
In this longitudinal study of 2K+ recent trauma survivors in the US, individual & neighborhood factors were associated with psychological outcomes. Results have implications for the clinical care of trauma survivors and trauma-informed policy efforts. https://ja.ma/3A3xdp0
