📢 Highlights from The Annual Utah HIMSS Conference! 🌟 📆 Date: Friday, September 15th Another year, another successful Utah HIMSS Conference! The energy this year was palpable, and it was evident that the health IT community came out in full force. As expected, the HITterati were out in force. A few observations and key takeaways: 📌 Attendance: The event saw an incredible turnout! Not only was it a magnet for the industry's leaders and influencers, but the press was notably present in greater numbers than we've seen in years past. John Lynn, Founder of Swaay.Health Marketing Community and HealthcareScene.com was seen, and I can't wait to see which interviews he grabbed while in Utah. 📌 Kudos: A huge shoutout to the board members for orchestrating such a cohesive event. Special mention to the event coordinator, Janae Sharp. Watching her manage the event was like witnessing a maestro at work – truly, grace under pressure! Respect! 📌 Panels & Keynotes: While every session was a gem, there were a few that stood out: - What role does technology play in the future of Nursing? This panel was the talk of the day. Panelists Victoria Tiase, Curtis Anderson, and Amy Christensen brought incredible insights to the table. (And yes, I had the pleasure of moderating this wonderful discussion 😉)    - Melissa Welch, MD, MPH, enlightened us with her talk on "Solving Healthcare Problems with Technology." It was an eye-opener on how tech can be leveraged to address pressing healthcare challenges. - Ryan Smith, COO of Graphite Health, took us on a deep dive into the realm of innovation. His insights on how Graphite Health is pushing boundaries were inspiring! I can't wait to see how UHIMSS follows this production's momentum with future events. For those who attended, what were your favorite moments? Let's keep the conversation going! 🚀 #UtahHIMSS #HealthIT #Innovation #NursingTech #himss
