What is psychological safety? Why is it important to build trust in the team? Sometimes we are too proud to admit our mistakes in front of our subordinates. Vulnerability offers a space of empathy and genuineness- if I see my boss allowing herself/ himself to make mistakes - it makes me feel safer to admit mine and seek solutions in the team, too.
