Even when the base materials or "staples" for producing polyethylene compounds are the same, the quality can still vary. The following factors can contribute to these differences in quality: 1️⃣ PURITY OF BASE MATERIALS: The quality of the raw materials, such as ethylene monomer and catalyst, impact the purity and consistency of the final polyethylene compound. 2️⃣ PROCESS CONTROL: Precise control of reaction conditions, such as temperature, pressure, and catalyst concentration, is essential for producing high-quality polyethylene compounds.
