Encourage teamwork and cooperation to optimize efficiency. allocate specific time slots for different tasks to maintain focus. Monitor time usage to identify areas where we can improve efficiency. Keep the team, management, and clients informed about the situation and potential delays.

You have a great team member with a fantastic dynamic who outsells everyone but is often late. They get written up once, or twice, and things escalate. For such a simple issue of being late. This could have easily been avoided, especially because it's within your control! Being on time shows time management, commitment, and reliability. Start being on time; it sets the stage for success!
