Athletics has Gold-Silver-Bronze, Airlines have First-Business-Tourist, Generally there are Premium-Mainstream-Value tiers in a mature product offering. Network business services contemplate Enterprise, Sm/Med Biz, Individual tiers. In sports products we contemplate Professional, Pro-sumer, and Con-sumer and in services, likewise Org/Dept, Team/Squad, Individual. The Top Tiers have features that support Scale & Continuity - a "Solution" that usually entails deployment & customization & support services. The Entry Tier is priced for volume & DIY. The middle tier is challenging to find the "fitting" with the greatest customer reach, and in many cases Partnerships, or a "Channel" are key to meeting this challenge. Just Remember: One Size Does Not Fit All
