Based on my experience, they frequently delay deliveries and prioritize earning commissions from their logistics partners rather than ensuring timely shipments. When a shipment is delayed, their customer support repeatedly transfers calls to the senior department, only to provide the same response—"wait another 24 hours." Despite multiple escalations, no action is taken, and no follow-up is provided. In my case, my shipment (AWB# MSRP4549398948) was scheduled through Ekart for delivery on February 1st. It was then delayed to February 2nd, then February 3rd, and now, yet again, I am being asked to wait 24 more hours. This shipment was a crucial sample for a client, but due to the delay, the client canceled the order, resulting in a loss of a ₹5 lakh tender. Despite repeated escalations, no resolution has been provided. For businesses relying on timely deliveries, I urge you to reconsider using Shiprocket to avoid similar losses and frustration.
