worst customer support ,still our case was pending and they removed our account from linkden and also our comments got deleted from old account our seller id is COMPANY ID:- 4538929,and already case is in pending ,total case is our weight discrepancy for about 1400 parcel on which they have charged us more then 300000 rs ,150000 we have already paid without any mistake from our side then too we have dont said a word they we need refund of that amount only we have said them to waive pending discrepancy amount and they have confirmed on same before 10 days but still account is negative and now again same problem delaying it without any reasons
Shiprocket Shiprocket Care Highly Disappointed with Shiprocket. No Update Yet. I talk straight to the point. I have some packages which were to be returned to me but they have not been returned to me. but when i see them on the shiprocket portal packages are returned to me. And I want to know who has received them. For this concern I contacted the shiprocket team via mails and calls. for a long time but in the reply it is showing POD not available. in this situation what i need to do. contact on +919968508419. I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my shipment with AWB's. This ongoing delay is beyond disappointing and calls into question the reliability of these services.
