You will be regularly interacting with executive management on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/or customers, and coordinating actions and programs with multiple departments and teams to achieve specific plans and goals.In the first year, you'll be expected to execute and continuously improve an integrated safety program at Lyten, which includes managing a safety committee, processing workman's compensation, providing safety guidance to employees, ensuring code compliance with regulatory agencies, managing chemical waste disposal. Additionally, you will be expected to build and implement an environmental emissions monitoring program across Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions.
