Great article (even if in Japanese, I’m sure LinkedIn translation tools manage it). The reason I am sharing it is that it gives a great idea on how to use NLP to identify long term trends in the market. (Not just by getting the 10 yr old research, but then by actually parsing the next 10 years of text data). With available data, any fundamental investor or company would be able to identify, and especially run SCENARIOS against market data for the last 10 years in just a few hours at most. “Happy Everyone”/みんながハッピー Last year, I found a video by chance on YouTube about the movement of a water droplet on top of a lotus leave. I don’t know who the host is, but the video channel has a nice name and I would like to forward this video: みんながハッピー(Happy Everyone) https://lnkd.in/g-C5mBfu The host of the video says that the video was taken by observing how bubbles take shape after heavy rain caused by wind, when water droplets is swaying on top of a lotus leave. 風が強い雨上がりの日に、蓮の葉の上で水玉が揺れていました。 2:16辺りから気泡の発生が観察できます I was impressed by the host’s careful observation of nature and he/she's message: “激しく揺れる蓮の葉の中心から気泡が生まれ得ています、攪拌によって発生しているのではなく、呼吸による酸素の気泡です” (Bubbles can be generated from the center of the lotus leaves by intense movements. These are not generated by agitation, but the bubbles of oxygen forming as a result of breathing) What I learned from this video was that the WIND that caused the movement of water drop, and the importance of CENTER and BREATHING which forms the bubbles of oxygen.
