Remote work has changed the game. It frees us from the trap of geography, unlocking the best talent globally and letting people design their work around their lives. So, what's the better trade? A local team stuck in traffic, playing the old Agile theater? Or a distributed team of world-class talent, working asynchronously but unable to meet face-to-face? The future is clear.
