We had to giggle at this! We are clinicians, we know it’s true! That’s why live education either facilitated online or face to face is important. How else do we make sure people learn, understand and retain the SKILLS they should have when they are providing care for people. Knowing that our staff are going to click to the end of the content and google answers for the quiz might hit our “KPIs” for education, but it is not going to change practice or improve outcomes for our clients.
