Buying and Planning Shantnu & Nikhil | ABFRL

Over the past three months, I've had the opportunity to work at Pantaloons, where I've been closely involved in store operations, interacted with customers, and worked on my sales skills. Here are some valuable insights I've gained during this time: Emotional Connections: Retail isn't just about products; it's about crafting memorable experiences. Customers remember how they felt while shopping, from store ambiance to personal interactions. Each moment shapes their loyalty. Visual Impact: Product presentation is a game-changer. A well-placed item can go unnoticed for days, but clever display can make it a hot commodity. Smart product placement and presentation are key to capturing customer interest. Customer Savviness: Today's customers are fashion-savvy. To thrive in retail, fashion assistants should continuously learn about not only their brand but also their competitors. As the saying goes, "Keep your friends close and your enemies closer, similarly "Know your brand well, but know your competitors even better." Knowledge is power. In retail, it's all about staying informed, creating emotional bonds, and mastering the art of presentation. #RetailInsights #CustomerExperience #SalesStrategy #abfrl #pantaloons
