Shoaib B. 1/1 In-house recruitment will always have a domination over agency recruitment. With experience in both professional settings—agency recruitment and in-house talent acquisition—I have garnered insights and experiences that have shaped my understanding of the evolving dynamics within the talent acquisition landscape. 1/2 Having commenced my career in a recruiting agency, I was allowed to develop a keen eye for identifying high-caliber talent across diverse industries. The agency environment is fast-paced and competitive, demanding a strategic and results-oriented approach to meet the hiring needs of clients, and most of the time toxic harrasive, and micro-managed, because the fear of losing clients is always there.
