How does exercise support sleep and job performance? I really enjoyed discussing this topic and more with Magnus and Max on the Lifted podcast. The clip from our podcast conversation references a recent study which explored this relationship using a combination of self-report measures and wearable data, alongside self-assessments and supervisor feedback, to evaluate work performance. The findings? Physical activity boosted sleep quality, energy, and task focus, This translated into enhanced job performance and creativity the next day.
