Bad days suck, don’t they? Here’s what I’ve realized, though… Bad days are typically the byproduct of you letting a bad moment mess up your entire day or game. Your alarm didn’t go off…you spilled your morning coffee…you strikeout…the wifi goes out…the dinner is cold…any number of little things us humans like to make a big deal about. Don’t trust everything your mind tells you in those moments. Leverage your mind, heart, and body to learn from it and TRANSITION from it. If you stay in your head, you’re going to lose your mind. Everyone has bad moments. But we all have the power to prevent them from turning into bad days. Morning Gangsters 🧡 It’s Tuesday! And I for one cannot wait to see my main boy Conner Botterill. Simple one this morning… Stop, blaming, other, things, and, people. It’s an easy get out. I am usually bad at this in the immediate aftermath, but over time, I start looking back and within. So I’m learning to do this quicker! First and foremost, have a look at yourself. This can be quite difficult if you’ve spent years pointing fingers but trust me… it will be FREEING. Less anger. Less envy. Less self doubt. Less sadness. Less anxiety. If you ballsed up, YOU’RE HUMAN. What? You think the person next to you hasn’t? LEARN FROM IT (or don’t) and get going. - what can you do better? - how can you be better? - how did you affect this result? 🎶 I’m starting with the man in the mirror 🎶 Again, this doesn’t mean 5am wake ups, half marathons, not eating a pizza ever again or becoming religious (all those things are great). It simply means bettering you, for you! Just stop pointing fingers and walking around with a chip on your shoulder. Surely you’re bored of it? The world isn’t against you. Else why would huddleUp be in it? 😉 If you need a chat, shout me. But hey… Vamos People. It’s Tuesday. 🎾

Real change comes from the inside of you.
