However, that is not the case, and the production of many (not all) might surprise you. During the fining process, which is used to clarify drinks and make them less cloudy, loads of animal products are used: 🎣 Isinglass - Derived from fish bladders. 🐷 Gelatin - Made from boiled animal parts, typically from cows or pigs. 🥛 Casein - A milk protein. 🥚 Albumin - Egg whites. This process is common but doesn't apply to all alcohol. 🌱 When you're out and you want to know which drinks are vegan, you can of course ask your waiter if they know; if not, you can ask for the brand and research on your own online (Barnivore). EASY ORANGE SPREAD Recipe, Steps, Pictures @ https://lnkd.in/gCNg3W_v This may not be the orange season, the Clementines or the Mandarine variety I got home were a bit sour, usually the small variety is pretty sweet, the reason why I get.. I am not that fond of sour fruits, the thought of having them with salt does not excite me. I planned to prepare a spread with them instead. Earlier, I knew the difference among spread, jam, jelly, preserve, conserve; keep forgetting. I preferred naming this easy made vegan, gluten-free condiment, a spread. I did not follow the rules and regulations of making a spread or jam while doing this vegan, gluten-free condiment. But it is organic made with fresh juicy oranges. I enjoy making low sugar, few ingredients jam, spread, have on toasts along with butter. That is my way of substituting "Bun Muska", I want to have but cannot given the sugar content in it.
