Congratulations. Maybe you can fix the DEI culture at Hard Rock Casino in Cincinnati. It was problematic during my short tenure as a security supervisor from 12/23-3/2024. LBGTQ flags at the cubicles of each HR representative in the HR Department promoting their culture. Chippendale Dancers on Easter weekend? Autographed photos of liberal Presidents on the desks of blue and purple haired employees who support DEI but have no basic understanding of HR practices and principles. Speak up and out against the culture in Cincinnati and their DEI staff / HR team will alienate and cancel you. That is what happened during my short time with HRC in Cincinnati. The DEI culture at HRC / Cincinnati did not include or support me as an employee. I hope this doesn’t happen again to someone in my position as a conservative, Christian, older, white male. I hope to hold HRC accountable for my experience and how I was treated as an employee. Despicable! At least the VP Security and VP Director of Human Resources have been replaced. Now get rid of the politics and DEI culture of excluding employees who do not support gay pride, LBGTQ community or other politically charged causes in the workplace. The DEI culture is a license to legally discriminate!
