Consistency in design builds trust and enhances user experience in SaaS apps. Focus on uniform colors, predictable navigation, and consistent feedback. As SaaS grows, maintaining this consistency is crucial, supported by a strong UX team and design systems. #UXDesign #SaaS #UserExperience #Trust #DesignConsistency #UserTrust #Design #UserSatisfaction

Expandi.io is one of those handy apps with a poor UX. A quick example of how you should never build an interface is below. Can you see that message at the bottom saying, "If you don't save - all your changes will be lost"? Great. Now, find the "SAVE" button (the primary action button you need). .....I'll wait for 10 seconds...... Sorry, you'll never find it because it is hidden under three dots for every specific item. Three points of immediate improvements here: 1. Why is it hidden? Show it straight away. There are just two actions here (create or save). 2. One SAVE button for the whole list would be enough. You don't need a button next to each item here, so don't overload the UI 3. Show the error message next to the action button that can fix it to help your user. Please always show primary action buttons to your users to make them happy and not annoyed. PS If you need your product UI/UX done from scratch or redone - reach out to us; this is something that we do professionally and every day. #uiux #digitalproduct #uiuxteardown #saas

Whether you are taking an API-first approach or the more traditional app-first approach, an API is essential for your app. This is especially true for all the integrations your customers will need to connect your product to all the other apps they use. And building your API correctly makes all the difference. Everything begins with treating your API like a product – because your customers will. A big part of this is prioritizing the UX for your API from the beginning. Hey there, UX/UI enthusiasts! Manjurul here, and today I want to dive into the world of microinteractions and their massive impact on user engagement in SaaS applications. These subtle, often overlooked animations and feedback mechanisms can be the secret weapon in your design arsenal. Think of that satisfying "pop" when you complete a task or the smooth transition between screens. These micro-interactions not only delight users but also: ✅ Guide users: Subtle cues like button highlights make the interface intuitive and lead users through workflows. ✅ Provide feedback: Instant confirmation of actions reduces frustration and keeps users informed. ✅ Boost usability: Microinteractions can simplify complex interactions, making the app feel more efficient. By incorporating well-crafted micro-interactions, you can create a more engaging and satisfying user experience, ultimately driving user retention and loyalty. **Ready to supercharge your SaaS app? Let's discuss micro-interactions in the comments below! ** #SaaUX #Microinteractions #UserEngagement #UIUXDesign #DesignThinking #CustomerExperience #SaaSlife #ProductDesign #AppDesign #DesignOps

Great Product, Poor Design? No One Will Know You might have built an incredible app or developed the perfect SaaS product, but if your UX is poor, 95% of your users won’t stick around long enough to see its value. Here’s the truth: Your design doesn’t just have to be pretty—it has to be intuitive. If your product: Fails to explain its value clearly Has complicated navigation Confuses users within the first few clicks Is cluttered with unnecessary elements Then you’re losing users fast. Good design is about solving problems, not adding friction. Don’t just build it—design it. #UXDesign #ProductDesign #UserExperience #SaaS

Building a super app like KBC is not the right digital strategy for every organization nor the only way to strive digitally! But what are the other approaches? Well: 1️⃣ Separate Apps: Eliminates the risk of bloating your existing app and optimizes the user experience for specific use cases, but can be complex to maintain and result in a fragmented user experience. 2️⃣ App Suite: Creates distinct yet interconnected digital products with a consistent UX, but maintaining this consistency requires significant effort, and the discovery of different apps can be challenging. 3️⃣ Super App: Facilitates easy discovery of diverse services when done right, but can become a UX and technical nightmare if not executed well. And which one is the best for your organization? find the answer here: https://lnkd.in/efz6ZtEA
