Day 3: Introduction to Cabin Crew Responsibilities ✈️👨✈️ Today, let’s dive into the exciting world of cabin crew—the friendly faces we see onboard every flight who ensure our journey is safe and comfortable. While their primary focus is passenger service, their responsibilities go far beyond just a warm welcome. What Does Cabin Crew Do? Cabin crew members are the heart of in-flight operations. They are trained to handle a variety of tasks, from ensuring passenger comfort to managing emergencies. Their work is dynamic, requiring excellent communication, quick thinking, and a strong customer service mindset. Key Responsibilities of Cabin Crew: 1. Passenger Safety: Above all, safety is the top priority. Cabin crew conduct pre-flight safety checks, ensure passengers follow safety regulations, and are trained to handle emergencies like medical situations or evacuations. 2. Service Delivery: Cabin crew provide top-notch customer service, serving meals and beverages, assisting with special requests, and ensuring passengers’ needs are met throughout the flight. 3. In-flight Announcements: Whether it's providing safety instructions or updating passengers on flight conditions, the cabin crew serves as the primary channel of communication between the cockpit and the passengers. 4. Conflict Resolution: When tensions arise—whether due to a seating issue or an unruly passenger—cabin crew are trained to manage conflicts calmly and professionally. 5. Emergency Response: In case of emergencies, cabin crew members are trained to guide passengers to safety, administer first aid, and follow standard emergency procedures to keep everyone calm. My Aspirations in Cabin Crew Roles: During my aviation training, I developed a deep respect for the cabin crew’s vital role. I’ve learned that beyond the hospitality they provide, their ability to stay calm under pressure and prioritize safety is what makes them truly invaluable to the aviation industry. Why Cabin Crew Are Crucial to Aviation Cabin crew are often the first and last touchpoint in a passenger’s journey, making them crucial to the overall flying experience. Their ability to provide excellent customer service while maintaining safety standards is what keeps airlines running smoothly. Being part of a cabin crew requires a mix of skills—empathy, communication, and composure. It’s a dynamic and rewarding role for those passionate about both service and safety in the skies. Tomorrow, I’ll share my thoughts on customer service in aviation and its lasting impact on passengers. #Aviation #CabinCrew #AviationCareers #CustomerService #InFlightExperience #SafetyFirst #40DayChallenge

A Tale of Two Journeys... Turbulent travels - Imagine boarding a private jet and finding a disorganized cabin. The service is indifferent, and your preferences are overlooked. Despite the luxury surroundings, you feel uneasy. Safety instructions are rushed, your meal is not what you requested, and the cabin crew seems disengaged. This journey becomes a stressful experience you'd rather forget. Blue skies ahead - This time, you're welcomed by a crew with warm, genuine smiles. The cabin is immaculate with every detail tailored to your liking. The crew expertly balances professionalism with personal touch, anticipating your needs before you even voice them. They respect your privacy, and ensure your safety with utmost diligence. The meal is exactly as you desired, served at the perfect moment. Senior cabin crew members play a vital role in ensuring these dream journeys. From safety protocols to personal touches, their skills are indispensable. At Camber, we deeply value these professionals - they're not just part of the journey; they 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦 the journey. Supporting and empowering them enriches the entire aviation experience.

Yesterday was the international flight attendant day. These days when I’m looking for my next position I find myself talking about my experience in different area and sometimes I’m thinking maybe I shouldn’t stay in #elal for 7 years. Maybe now I could have been a VP or something, instead I’m applying for Junior positions just to get that experience. But here are reasons why to get a former flight attendant is the best thing you can ever do: 1. we know what is hard work and we are not afraid of it (20 hours work day is normal). 2. We can study during the day fly during the night and still get to the event we planned in the student union and set the chairs. 3. We are good at organization and managing time just because we didn’t have a choise. 4. We can have the most interesting conversations with a 4 years old kid or a 45 CEO in first class. 5. Our English is fluent (we took a lot of tests for that - recruiters you can be relaxed). 6. We saw and met so many different people from different cultures- we have an approach and Tolerance for everyone. 7. We know how to read between the lines and see what our clients need- I’ll tell you a secret it’s never something big only a smile some understanding and a person who’s willing to listen. 8. We can understand what’s is “pain point” in business eyes. 9. We worked with more then 300 different supervisors and 1200 team crews (every flight it’s a completely different crew) we adopte well and definitely team players. 10. We are good under pressure and we know how to manage stress situations (like people fainting or an emergency landing for example 🙊). 11. We are autodidact people (we had to complete a lot of school materials alone - there is no other way to finish 2 degrees if not 😇). 12. Every flight attendant was chosen 1:12 when pilots gets 1:10 ✌🏼I can promise that the tests didn’t check our ability to put a red lipstick straight. 13. In a world of changes we stay in our place of work for years and won’t change it so fast. 14. We were the end of the deal for our passenger- the only actual face they meet after buying plain tickets that can get to more than 5000k. Big responsibility 💪🏼 15. We missed years of experience in the tech world but we got life skills that made us fantastic persons and the best worker an employee can get. Share if you liked it so I’ll know ☺️ #elal #techworld #Experience #techworld #recruters
