Milestone Alert! We're thrilled to announce that our first project for De Nederlandse Kluis (DNK) in Q1 has hit an impressive 1.5 million organic views! In 2024, we’ve further strengthened our collaboration with DNK, leveraging the insights and lessons learned from last year to scale even greater heights. How did we do it? We looked into the growing gap between identity and the current social image that was created due to rapid business expansion. We tackled this challenge by strategically leveraging influencer marketing to bridge this gap (2.6% ER in 2023 to 3.3% ER on 2024) effectively. Our approach this year is focused on building regional strategies, taking into account the diverse demographic composition of the local population. We took our selection framework to the next level in order to find loyal brand advocates to strengthen the quality of our content. We created new creative concepts to bridge key brand attributes and offerings to customer needs in order to build stronger emotional connections. 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆-𝗯𝘆-𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆: First, they dazzled Shanghai’s North Bund with a popup installation. Visitors checked in for surprise gifts—an interactive experience, not just a display. Then, they launched an H5 activity page and lottery on RED, encouraging users to share their cruise stories. 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗻’𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲. The #ThisCruiseIsAmazing hashtag took off on RED and Douyin, spearheaded by celebrity Liu Genghong and other influential figures.
