When team members don't receive instant gratification or meet their expectations from the company, it affects them, leading to a lackadaisical approach towards their tasks and delays in project delivery. Recognizing this demotivation and using emotional intelligence to reach out and understand their challenges, showing empathy, and offering solutions are essential skills for a successful project manager.
