Back in August last year we asked respondents in the 2023 PIPA Investor Sentiment Survey if their investment property/portfolio would generate positive, negative or neutral cash flow in the coming financial year. 57% said their property would be negatively geared 22% said it would be positively geared 15% said it would be neutral Of those with negative cash flow, 56% believed it would be positively geared within 5 years. It will be interesting to compare stats once we've collected data in the survey later this year, but feel free to share your experiences or thoughts in the comments. #pipa #pipasurvey #propertyinvestment
