I use self-compassion meditation when I'm stressed out. The Insight Timer App and Great Meditations on Youtube are two wonderful resources for meditating. Additionally, I'm a huge fan of the outdoor hot springs during the cooler weather. This past weekend I needed to recharge my batteries and went to the Jemez Hot Springs. Pro-tip: If you don't want to have to listen to the conversation of others, take your ear buds and listen to some relaxing music. Or, if silence is your preference, use ear plugs.
