I have reported to two founder/CEO's across 3 companies in my career and what I've found is that what they value about my work is not some innate talent but a willingness to spend time on and off the clock assessing organizational needs and devouring info and content about what other, usually larger organizations, are doing to address similar needs and then attempt to bring those capabilities to our organization. That is all for now.

There is a lot of potential to modernize the DoD's Organic Industrial Base if we leverage this commercial capability. Operational efficiency and cost reduction will be long term gains for the DoD budget and Service readiness. Great work Logic. You are delivering modernization.
