🔥 A few months ago I got to work with Jon Hunt on building Enablement questions into a large survey of Sales Leadership. This survey is being added to still and will relaunch later this year, the data already in there is very powerful for Enablers as it's not coming from Enablement, it's coming mainly from their stakeholders. 💪 🚀 88% Feel Enablement is very important or extremely important. The other 12% say somewhat important. 😲 Only 50% have a dedicated Enablement platform(Think Seismic, Allego, Highspot, Showpad, Bigtincan etc) 🤯 Only 1/3rd of Orgnanisations are currently using AI-Driven Sales Tools, whereas over 75% want to adopt these. What a year ALF had in 2023! 🙌 We celebrated business development’s finest at the second year of the ALF Awards, caught up with industry peers at MADFest, and won Best Sales Tool at the EN Supplier Awards! We started work with some amazing new clients who are looking to reach new heights, and received great feedback from our existing users (‘integral tool’ ‘must-have’ ‘makes my life easier’ – their words not ours!). Our most recent review from a leading UK broadcaster said - “Alf is a valuable resource tool, particularly in the area of Business Development. Similar companies on the market haven't lived up to the standards that Alf offers in terms of the service and purpose that it provides!” 😊 We kept making ALF bigger and better, along with keeping our core data more up to date than any of our competitors, we added more than £13bn of brand spend data, reported over 4,500 job moves, and added 1,430 new companies to the platform. We also made improvements to the platform including extra detail on brand-agency relationships (types of work and length of account lifecycle) plus a new insights section – to better help our clients identify new business opportunities. 🔍 We delivered monthly insights from marketers and advertisers in our On Brand podcast, and helped our clients understand key trends in our monthly Industry Insights. We continued to add highlight Brands to Watch, with over 200 insights added across the year, with many of our predictions coming to fruition! 💡 So what’s to come in 2024? 🔮 Well, more of the same!
