It seems advertising via eardrums 👂👂 is the way to go - audio ads were found to have a higher recall rate among consumers, with 60% finding audio ads more memorable. The latest data from Veritonic also shows that 51% of those surveyed were more likely to buy after hearing an audio ad than from a billboard, while 54% prefer discovering new products through audio ads over billboards. Position your product as the medium to get those benefits. 2.Testimonial Added a testimonial at the center or bottom of your ad. Social proof is a game-changer. It builds immediate trust, boosts credibility, and reassures potential customers. That others love your product too. Trust goes up nearly instantly. 3.Sticky Notes Placed a sticky note on ad with a bold message or reminder. It’s a small detail that catches attention and sparks curiosity. This Dr. Squatch ad is almost perfect. ✅ Great example of the “product aware” stage in the marketing funnel. The viewer knows about the product already, so the brand goes straight into their direct-to-response offer. ✅ Immediately shows the product in different environments + shows the purchase process. Both are strong visual cues that address customers potential concerns ✅ USPs showcased early into the video: discounts + free shipping + high customisability. ✅ Effective use of audio/sound to keep the reader hooked. ✅ Masterclass on using satire as pattern interruptions to re-hook the audience every 5 seconds. ✅ Dynamic, engaging, and entertaining throughout. A couple of bits we’d improve with this ad: ✖️ Get to the CTA quicker to improve the hold rate. ➕ Add in an obscure hook for higher engagement and to stop the scroll. ➖ Cut down the length of the ad drastically (from 41 seconds to 15 seconds). I rate this ad 7.5/10, strong creative but there’s always room for improvement 📈 How do you rate it?
