Tuesday, October 15th, was another highlight as I visited Expand North Star and the Mohammed Bin Rashid Innovation Fund booth. - Exploring The Collaborative Innovation Ecosystem in the UAE was a topic covered by MC Fatima Ahmad and panelists Jean-Luc Scherer Karim Konsowa and Nader AlBastaki. It was interesting to hear the views on resolutely equipping talent and building stronger partnerships at home and in other regions. Strong ties between many sectors such as start-ups, academia, government, and industry investors are key.
