I am deeply grateful for this recognition, which holds even greater meaning in these challenging times for Israel. The evening was made even more special by the presence of Maurice Lévy Publicis Groupe, the guest of honour, whose inspiring speech reminded us of the enduring strength of innovation and the values that bind us together. His words were a powerful call for unity and action, and they resonate deeply as we navigate these difficult times. #Global #AngelsInvestment #WBAF Our association attended the 2024 WBAF Global Congress, held in Manama, Bahrain, from November 19 to 21, where we renewed our Global Partners Agreement with WBAF* (World Business Angels Investment Forum). Although we’ve been collaborating as a partner with WBAF since 2020, this renewed agreement signifies our commitment to strengthening ties under our new organizational mission and solidifying our role as an active global partner. WBAF annually invests €500,000 to €3,000,000 in outstanding startups through its global investment fund and competition, fostering innovation worldwide. 💫 This year’s event brought together over 400 angel investors, startups, and entrepreneurship-related organizations, providing a platform to enhance collaboration among global investors and showcase the business excellence of top startups from various countries. Among 300 applicants, 50 startups from 15 countries were invited to Bahrain for investor meetups and pitching sessions, culminating in the selection of the best startups. Representing Korea, #MetaTexture, #ClayGround, and #RavenL joined the event, with #MetaTexture achieving the remarkable feat of being named one of the TOP 3 startups in the final competition. As a result, MetaTexture will receive up to €3,000,000 from the WBAF Global Fund, with funding to be finalized through negotiations and due diligence in the first half of next year. Our association will continue to support innovative Korean startups in achieving global success through our partnership with WBAF! 😊

The important public market players should continue to invest together with private players and based on a profound due diligence with the ambition to create performance on market level.
