I love Signarama because it's personal for me. I want this to be a legacy for all of our franchise owners involved that passing on to their kids, and I want Signarama to weigh outlive me. Signarama is near and dear to my heart because my dad started the brand 37 years ago. My dad was adamant he wanted us to start at a franchise owners location, getting a good robust view of the organization and really keeping our most important thing, the most important thing. How do we help and support our franchise owners? I'm really thrilled when someone wants to join the Signarama family. We don't take that lightly. We want to help them grow and we give them all the tools that they need to be successful. Our approach is very personalized towards the franchise owner. We first go and ask them what their goals are and then work back from there. Each franchise owner is paired U with their business advisor. We have a support and operations team within the corporate office. We have a marketing team, a tech team as well. So whatever the franchise owner needs, there's a person, there's a department that can help them solve their issue. We have projects all over the country and all over the world, and we have franchise owners who have worked together on those projects and not only they create business relationships, they create friendships. And we grow as we work together, because not one of us is as strong as all of us.
