This week we talked to Kerri Robinson who is a Customer Success Manager for our enterprise products, and works from our Cambridge office (and sometimes from home as well) 👇 🤱 How would your mom describe your job to her friends? She would say "Your daily job is a customer technical helper (😆) for a large world wide company" 💼 And what is it you actually do? I build long-term relationships with our customers and work with them to track, reach and evolve their goals for success with our solutions. ❤️ What is the best part about your job at Sign In Solutions? Definitely the people I get to work with - both colleagues and customers. I've met so many incredible people, so that has to take top spot! Secondly though, the amount of opportunities there are to learn and gain new experiences within my role. 🌎 Where is your favorite place to work from? I think it would have to be from the home office / kitchen table, because I can focus and get lots done. It's also great to have no commute, because it maximises the time I can spend with my family at the end of the work day. 🏢 What is your primary reason for coming to the office? I also really enjoy working in the office, as it's easier to bounce ideas off colleagues, and build better relationships. You definitely have more impromptu chats which can lead to great ideas! 🎸🎶 What would be the best song to pop up on the office radio on Monday morning?
