Wellness Wednesday Reminder! As busy professionals, finding time for a workout can be challenging. That’s why I keep some essentials in my office: a yoga mat, exercise ball, weights, exercise bands, and of course, my trusty tennis shoes. 🧘♀️💪 This morning, I squeezed in a quick 10-minute arm workout with a teammate using the Peloton Interactive app. In the afternoon, I took a few minutes for a stretching session—a simple yet crucial way to take care of our bodies and clear our minds. It’s that time of year when everyone’s making their New Year’s resolutions! We try to make it a little easier for our employees to reach their health goals by implementing our Health & Wellness subsidy. If our employees want to invest in something like a gym membership or yoga classes, we want to incentivize them to do so! We subsidize these costs so our employees can work on bettering themselves, and we know in the long run our company will be better because of it!
