Warning ⚠️: Long read, but it's worth your time. ⏲️ Don't underestimate the place of purpose and destiny in your choice of career. It's too dangerous to be on the wrong path of destiny. Someone once said, "The safest place in the whole wide world is in the will of God". Are you having doubts about your current career? Do you work so hard and get little results? Here is today’s Positive Thought of The Day: "The man who moves a mountain begins by carrying away small stones." - Confucius OK, sharing moment along with my Positive Thought of The Day: I have been a bit overwhelmed lately. After about 10 months of being gainfully unemployed, I have had some of those nagging doubts. Am I doing enough? Am I looking at the right jobs? Do I need to re-write my resume or cover letter more? And so on. But this quote is one I love and carry with me, and it helps me power through moments like these. To do seemingly impossible, difficult tasks, you need to take small steps. There are many ways to phrase this. “The journey of a thousand miles…”, “One day at a time”. “Don’t quit”. You get it. Don’t be surprised if I reiterate this point. Repeatedly. So, if you’ll excuse me, I have a mountain to move! Time to pick up the next stone! There you have it. My Positive Thought of The Day! Shift delete those conversations. Don’t add LinkedIn Profile link on your resume. Cut down a few years from your work experience. Ask for the lowest salary possible so that you get the foot in the door. If someone is asking you to do these, please disconnect the call or run away as far as possible from them.
