HubSpot: marketing automation, CRM, customer service (we are a HubSpot Platinum Partner) ChatGPT (paid): everything 😊 ClickUp: project management, checklists, templates Slack: internal communication Dropbox: file sharing  Loom: video (screensharing) Zoom: video calls, webinars InstaText: better writing in English Lucid Software: diagramming Canva: design And I probably forgot some 😊 . We do use other tools for our clients.
