What is one of the most important things you can do for your health? Sleep. We make thousands of decisions each day, and getting enough rest is key to making good ones. Prioritizing sleep not only enhances your decision-making abilities but also boosts your overall wellbeing. Quality sleep improves physical health, mental clarity, and emotional stability. It’s the foundation of a healthy and productive life. Here are a few hacks to support a good night’s sleep: 1. Establish a Routine: Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, and get morning sunlight to regulate your circadian rhythm. 2. Limit Screen Time: Avoid screens at least an hour before bed. The blue light emitted can interfere with your sleep cycle. 3. Create a Relaxing Environment: Keep your bedroom cool, dark, and quiet. Invest in a comfortable mattress and pillows. Start valuing your sleep, and watch how it transforms your health and happiness. 🌙💤 I personally struggle a lot with not using my phone before going to sleep, but I will try to be more disciplined with it after this post. :) What are your tips and tricks for a good night sleep? Love you bring this topic! I think most people underestimate the power of a good night sleep. Something I find very helpful is a technique called “morning pages” but I like to use it at night instead of morning. This technique suggests that you write on paper everything that comes to your mind at the moment, and if you do it at night it is like emptying your mind and going to bed a lot lighter. You can write anything since there is not right or wrong way to do it. Nobody will judge anything you write, this is only for you.
So do t drink anything at least two hours before 🤣and in general yes - alcohol is very bad for your sleep 😴

3moDo you know the 3-2-1 rule for a good night sleep ? 3 hours no eating before bed time 2 hours no drinking 1 hours no screen. It’s not about the 8 hours. It’s about giving the brain the possibility to rest and to pause. We often think we just go to bed and sleep - this is not the case ! In fact hour brain needs time to disconnect before we are able to fall into good sleep /and then followed by REM phase sleep. Also: going back to the old fashioned alarm clock helps to not be alert and wait for signals and messages from your phone !
